Firstly thank you so much for inviting us into your club as a wine sponsor and we certainly hope that it will be a mutually beneficial partnership, not only for now, but also when life get ‘s back to whatever our new normal will be!!  As you know there is a 6 pack wine offer available on our website, especially for SMOSH members, please share with your family and friends… we would love to be making a sizeable donation to help the club out! One of the wines is the Reserve GSM, which we sell for $60 per bottle.  Now, I could tell you how good it is, but you would expect that, so I give you the words of a Queensland wine writer Steve Leszczynski from Qwine to describe the wine… please drink well, drink responsibly and stay safe!

Chateau Yaldara Reserve GSM 2016

Well, this made me take a step back and lurch forward once again. If you dig GSM blends, this is pretty damn good.  There’s some sweet fruit coupled with ripe fruit but it all seems to knock itself together quite well. Dark berries and raspberries, black earth, some sweet aromas of red flowers and caramel too. Cloves seem to take cover in the distance with cedar moving closer the more time it gets, but it’s the red and black fruits that keep me coming back. A feathering of smoke and bacon hock with the addition of baking type spices to close and I reckon this goes very well. Long night and deep conversation kinda wine. 93/100
